We met our best friend over dinner last Sunday. They just came back from Scandinavia trip few weeks ago. They shared about their unforgettable experience including the car accident in Iceland. What caught me most was when they shared how the people there responded the fateful event like accident. They told us that accident happened in the F road which was a lot of gravels and since suddenly it's snowing, they were not prepared. The car's tyres were slippery and they hit two motorcycles nearby. They were on the way to go to base camp for snow mobile activity. After the car accident, they were very panic especially it happened in the foreign country and out of nowhere. Then there's a car coming and saw the accident happened. The driver quickly was out from the car and check the motorcycles which have been hit by their car if there are victims. Thanks God, there's no casualty. Yesterday was public holiday and it's our biological body clock that we always wake up early in the morning either rain or shine, holiday or working days. So suddenly hubby asked me if we could go gym together and I said yes.  I'm so thankful that he's now into health and exercise and I feel that if it's not God's work at the right time, this won't happen.

Last Saturday, we attended the wedding party of the daughter of hubby's mentor at one of five stars hotel in the city. We sat with two other families from Hungary and Singapore. It's an eye opener for us when we were talking over the lunch. Nonetheless, it's our quality couple time as well and we enjoyed each other's companion.

Last Friday, we had NCC cell group and the topic was about Intentional Disciples. As Catholic, we are expected to be active and intentional disciples instead of passive disciples. Passive disciples means only go to church as requested and obliged by the law of the church. However in day to day basis, they don't build personal relationship with God. On the other hand, intentional disciples means we build personal relationship with God. We encounter and experience His love in daily basis. In the beginning, disciples lived and stayed with their master/guru. After they are ready, they will be sent to evangelise to others as apostles. However, in this modern day, we may have no opportunity to live physically with our master. What we could do is praying and listening to His words. Disciples stay with the master in bad and good times because they know that there's a hope in the future which is eternal life even when things are not going according to their expectatio

Last Saturday was a fruitful day for both of us. In the morning, we exercised together by running 6km in the playground. After that, we attended the wedding of hubby's mentor's daughter at Church. In the afternoon while the kids napping, we sneaked out and had afternoon break at one of the cafe in Tanjong Pagar.

Today we had couple time after celebrating our youngest son's birthday in school. We tried this cafe famous with hot chocolate Bearded Belle near Tanjong Pagar area. My husband is very particular with chocolate taste and he gave the rating 4/5 for the chocolate taste. We ordered hot chocolate for him and ice chocolate for me and cold and scallop pasta for sharing. It's really perfect pairing meals with nice ambience and great companion.

Currently I have 10 ladies in my "Absolutely Fabulous" Group. I love to inspire, motivate and educate them. When they take a courage and commitment to change their lifestyle, I can't help not to support them. People may think, maybe there's interior motives or may think that it's just in surface only. Well, for me it's a passion. I never ask anything in return neither ask them to pay for my service and my time. I love when people feel happier and positive because the energy is transferred back to me and it's priceless. If my motive is for my own benefit, I would have charge my service and my time as normal market rate. But for me, if I do it for money, my motivation is not as pure as it's supposed to be anymore and it contradicts with what my heart is. I have been blessed with lots of things, health is number one. My healthy family and positive energy that we have as family. I can't contain it for myself, it's just flowing natura
