The program started on 19 June 2023 and I did weighing on 18 June 2023. These are the meals I had for a week from Monday - Sunday (19 - 25 June 2023) And after one week, this is my weighing on 25 June 2023. There's an improvement - Body weight : - 400g - Body fat : - 0.8% - Subs fat : - 0.5% - Muscles : + 0.3%

I realised that after 40 years, our body is degrading slowly, aging is getting real. Muscles is getting softer and fat is increasing. Stress, travelling, lack of sleeping adds into it and making aging getting faster. Thus, I want to slow it down by making it right. 1st June, our company has officially moved to new office and we were required to WFO 100% from Monday - Friday. I have been struggling with this as WFO fully behind desk is really not my working style. However, after praying if this is the path I should take, then be it. I just need to suck it up in the time being until I have a new job that suits me. However, there's positive side on this WFO. I need to readjust my exercise program and time.  Thus instead of going to the gym and pay the fee, I use YouTube - Caroline Girvan's Fuel program. It's 30 mins HiiT weight and cardio exercise. The weight may not as heavy as I use in the gym but it increases my heart rate and hopefully it supports my fat loss program. On t

This is my third time having facial with my neighbour's beautician. So far I am a satisfied customer. The price is reasonable and my skin is improving. I usually had once a month facial and mostly skin hydration.

It's just in time that we could celebrate Father's Day together as family. We had lunch with kid's godpa at Centerpoint and dinner and dessert at Clementi. Happy Father's Day 2023 ! Transited for a few days in Singapore, I need to travel to Jakarta for business trip. It's a fruitful trip as I'm meeting a lot of potential clients and at least I have some freedom to manage my own timing. When I arrived at Jakarta during lunch time, I had quick lunch at Solaria and ordered chicken steak. It's 4/10 though Then going to the office straight from the airport to having internal meeting. In the evening, I had dinner  and massage at CP before collecting my luggage at my parents in law place and going to hotel and received this welcome gift from the hotel. In the morning, I managed to have 45 mins quick workout before meeting the clients. I had a chance to meet my friend who's also business trip to Jakarta and we had catch up dinner at Sarinah. On Friday night, we had team dinner at Le Berger and below is my order, truffle burger with truffle fries and salad. My airport look for flight from Jakarta to Singapore.

We extended our holiday in Jakarta another 3 days 2 nights and met our relative there. It's kinda mini reunion and made my parents happy to see the kids and grandchildren were gather around in the same table. Then we had nasi Padang as our last meal before departure to Singapore The holiday is officially over.

Our flight was 6.30pm in the evening Jordan time and arrived at Dubai around 10pm. We had 5 hours in transit and the kids were so sleepy and they slept at the airport bench while waiting for the next flight bound to Jakarta. Finally we departed around 3.30am in the morning and arrived at Jakarta around 4pm as there's time difference between Dubai and Jakarta. Thanks God for the smooth sailing flight and all the providence during our pilgrimage trip. It's just a beginning of our faith journey but by God's providence and grace we are able to walk together with God.

This is our last day in Jordan and ends of our pilgrimage trip. We went to visit Petra, the Rose city, one of the seven wonder of ancient worlds. It's amazing to see how they carved the giant rocks as luxurious tombs for the kings or wealthy men and buried all the treasures and precious stones there. We walked for around 2 hours to reach the treasury place and walked back for another 1.5 hours to reach to our bus station.
