Davin Indah Love story

We stayed late and attended Holy Cross Zoom party while hubby is in the church for the task. On the first day of New Year, we attend mass as it's the Solemnity of Mother Mary and we ask God's grace and blessing and Mother Mary's intercession to start a new year. After that we had first lunch as family at our favourite chicken rice. Then in the afternoon, we had a small gathering with our closed friends.

 

It's a raining day to end year 2021, cooling day and perfect for year end reflection. We spent the day together, remembering and reflecting what we had done so far. We began the day with morning strolling and breakfast together at kopi and roti. Then we had late dimsum lunch at Swee Choon before going for shopping at Mustafa.  We ended the day with dinner at home and zoom party to say goodbye for 2021 and welcoming 2022.

  This year is a special year for us as husband and wife and family. It's been a roller coaster year but we are grateful because by God's grace, love and providence we managed to pull through and ended the year with victory. Our marriage relationship was tested and purified in the deeper level that we can't imagine and we grow deeper in love and trust to each other. Our family faith was also tested and challenged when our oldest son having PSLE and our youngest son had covid at the same time. We were grateful for our friends who are with us, doing crazy things together, laughter and joy, and even when we were in the darkest moments. It's a home far from home but we still feel that many people care for us. It's been a fruitful journey and we are truly grateful for that. Here's some preview of this year that we always remember in our heart.

2 days before 2021 ends and we are celebrating it at Ola beach with our beloved friends and family. It's so much fun doing it together, not only adults, kids are also having fun. We enjoyed the private pool, private beach, the food and the booze while watching sunset after pouring.

It's a pruning time for our marriage relationship.  It's been a roller coaster week where our love and faith are being challenged. Starting from last Saturday, 7 days before Christmas where we had misunderstanding and caused unnecessary jealousy among us. Every day we talked about our feeling, tried to understand each other's feeling, point of views and accept each other's natural character, flaws, weaknesses and strengths. The peak was in the Christmas day itself. The night before we had a great sex and on the Christmas day itself after the mass, the evil tried to take away hubby's joy and peace. He was in the bad mood and thought that I didn't put him first because I didn't wear the outfit that we have tried the night before. At night, we tried to sort this out, I assured him that I didn't mean that way. I loved him more than anything after God but my action may say differently. The next day on the feast of Holy Family, he's under attacked by evil

I had another high tea with my lady friend at Monti, the place is amazing, facing Marina promenade and the food is good, the portion just nice for me. We had a great time together. While I was having high tea, hubby do his 10km jogging around Marina Promenade. How I can't love him a million times, always near me and makes me secure all the time. After that, we had early dinner at our favourite Vietnamese Restaurant at Telok Ayer before heading back home.
