Last Wednesday I had a short business trip to Jakarta, the plan was to discuss our IRF project and met new clients and partners. It turned out different from my expectation but I knew it's under God's control because I have prayed over it everyday. I flew with Jetstar on Wednesday morning, it's smooth sailing. I had breakfast on the go which was don donki beef pau. Touching down, clearing immigration and reaching hotel for check in were done within 2 hours. Reaching office just before lunch time. This year's valentine is special. It's not just any celebration but it's a celebration of victory and marks the beginning of "new adventure". By God's grace and mercy, we reconciled during ME retreat last weekend. We were able to go back to where we were before the incident. I am full of love and able to share everything to hubby again. He becomes my best friend again, and it seems that love conquers all. And another challenge is now about "time". This first quarter is very busy period for me, traveling back and forth to Jakarta for business. Leaving my hubby and the kids behind is not a nice feeling eventhough there's a good thing on the other side of the coin as we are not taking each other for granted. My time is now very precious due to busy traveling to Indonesia. Thus, I want to spend my time as much as possible with my family. I just came back from business trip yesterday and I wanted to have something nice for lunch with the kids and celebrating Valentine with them, so we used our dining voucher to eat at Royale restaurant at Mercure hotel. A new month and new adventure, so here I go again for 2nd business trip to Jakarta. And this time round the focus is to deploy our woman impact fund. Hopefully it's a fruitful week I took Batik Air and regretted it because there's no entertainment and landed in Terminal 2 which disorganised and when I went out, it's so crazy, many strangers offered the airport transfer. I won't take Batik Air anymore, perhaps Jetstar or Scoot is the better choice after all for business trip. I arrived around 5.30pm in the hotel, working for awhile then going for treadmill while waiting for my dinner to be delivered. This year, we gonna celebrating 15th years wedding anniversary and as a gift for ourselves, we decided to attend Marriage Encounter. This is our 2nd ME retreat, the first one was 10 years ago on our 5th year Wedding anniversary. Even so we haven't forgotten everything. The only take away that we remember is expressing "I feel..." and writing love letters. Before coming to ME on Friday, we were full with baggages, bitterness and resentments. We pretended that everything was well, we tried to be lovey dovey but we knew deep inside our heart, we have been hurt. Whatever we said was just critics and sarcasm which came from the root of bitterness and resentment. On Friday night, we had a long talk especially the unresolved issues.
