God's strength is sufficient enough (Holy Land Trips 2 March 2019)

After coming down from Mt Tabor, we went to Yardenit, Jordan river for Babtism renewal.
This was not the exact location where Jesus was babtised but this site was dedicated for Christians who wanted to be babtised or renewed their babtism sacraments.

It was freezing cold, windy and drizzling.
Our spiritual guide, Om Ben asked us to get into the water and dip into the freezing cold water for 7x like Naaman Story which symbolised that we needed to let go all of our diseases and released back into the river and came up as a new individual again.

I was shivering and reluctant at first because of the coldness but I remembered this verse and it gave me strength to do what I need to do. In addition, the doves that flew around the river reminded me what Jesus situation was when he was babtised two thousands years back.
This calming doves were like holy spirit who were always there with us, cheering us so that we do not give up on hope.
