It's our first time doing running race together as couple. I was a bit reluctant at first because I'm not runner and I never join the race even for 5km. Because of his encouragement and persuasion, I agreed to accompany him. We have been practicing on weekly basis while I'm doing more core training especially the leg muscles. The week before, I did meal plan which is high in carbs and protein. The night before this was what we have prepared. We woke up at 4.30am in the morning and having protein shake and banana for breakfast. We arrived at F1 pit building around 6am and deposited our bag At 6.45am, we started our race and finished the line around 7.55am. And here we go, our first medals and we felt self achievement.
