Exodus - Day 10 !

Finally, we are free from Quarantine Games. Thanks God our PCR results are all NEGATIVE and our quarantine ends at 12pm.  We did ART including our youngest one and turned out that all are NEGATIVE. Praise to the Lord ! After 10 days, finally we can have lunch together in the dining table. The first destination is Shengshiong Supermarket as our fridge is running low so I need to stock up for one week. Then, we go to Jem to buy new pillow, bolster and quilt and hubby's first destination is Wine and Spirit to buy some wines to unwind after PSLE is over. After that, we go to GWC to chill for a while before buying dinner for the kids. It's a fruitful day and we are so grateful that we can free again like a bird, thing that we always take for granted.

God's Grace - Day 8 and 9 !

Thanks God that our eldest son was able to take PSLE Math. Yes it's hard and our eldest may not score according to our expectation, however we are proud of him as he takes it positively as a learning journey. Life may not always be the bed of roses and everything is not always under your control. Life is full of surprises and the important thing is how we embrace and manage our expectation when things are not going according to what we want. Another grateful day is our ART results are still NEGATIVE, it's all by God's grace and mercy only. And today on day 9, we go to PCR swab test center to do exit PCR. Hopefully all are cleared so we can enjoy our freedom tomorrow on Sunday.

PSLE Day - Day 7 !

Finally the day that's been waiting for has come. Hubby sent our eldest son to school around 7.45am and reached there around 8am.  The exam finished around 1pm and he said that it's more or less similar like prelim, anyway we have done the best, work hard and pray hard and offer it to God. At 6pm, we took daily ART and thanks God it's all NEGATIVE.  Now he's preparing for the next paper tomorrow. Thanks God that today went well and we received another blessing from our sister who sent us mochi.

God's Grace and Mercy - Day 6 !

We call it today's Roller Coaster Day. It's all started with calming morning, when hubby accompanied our eldest son for online school, a day before PSLE while I was doing my household chores and accompanying our youngest son. Suddenly at 11am, we received a call that the swabber will come at 1pm to do PCR test for our eldest as it's required to have PCR result 24 hours before PSLE. We are shocked as we only can hope that PCR result will be out by tonight so that our son can attend the exam. We pretend to be cool in front of our kids eventhough we are panic inside as we don't want to influence his mental being. At 1.03pm the swabber came and did the swab test and she told us after that she will go straight to the lab carrying other specimens from other students who have the same fate with us. We did our ART also at 6pm and thanks God, it's all negative. Now, we are just waiting for PCR result. Thanks God for today eventhough it's a roller coaster day but You neve...

God provide manna - Day 5 !

It's another brand new day and we are grateful that Ted's condition is stabilised and thanks God that our ART is still negative. He is able to attend online tuition for both Chinese and Math. That's the most important matter today and another one that I am grateful is we have rectified our relationship with our kid's chinese tutor who's been impacted by our situation. I felt so bad to her, thanks God everything is good now. We also received pouring message, snack/food/fruits from our friends. We are deeply grateful and it boosts our kids spirit. We will not forget  all the kindness we receive. While hubby stays day and night with Richie, I stay day and night with Ted. We all fight together and these shall pass !

PCR Negative - Day 4 !

Finally there's a light shining through the darkness. We received our PCR test results and all are negative. We did daily ART also and it came back negative, phew..... And another good news, Ted's fever subsides. He sleeps around 11 hours last night and perhaps it's his first time sleeping very well since last Friday. Thanks God, for the first time in 3 days, I saw his thermometer is green which is normal temperature. His body is really fighting the virus so hard and he makes it. His oxygen level is also good, his appetite is also very good. We are really grateful for this miracle. And we also very blessed and loved by messages pouring to cheer us up, pray for us and sending us some snack. We really feel that we are not alone embracing the storm. As for my eldest son, he's counting down to the final exam, hubby accompanying him for online class. They studied together while the second one is having HBL. While I am busy with my youngest son fighting the virus by exercise....
