Now it's a trend in Indo about cewe bumi (brown ootd), cewe kue (colorful ootd), cewe mamba (black ootd) So here we go, I present myself as cewe bumi, cewe kue, cewe monochrome.

As I mentioned in my 40th birthday reflection that 40 is a new 20 where God gives me a second chance to live my life in the fullest by using all my gifts and talents to be fruitful and become blessings for others. Indeed, on my annual performance review, I was prompted to write self assessment and proposed myself to be transferred into different department which is business development. I was in sales and marketing in my whole career life however I never felt that I had achieve success. I always felt that I was a failure because I never made a big sales. That's why I want to make another attempt to prove myself that I could do it. I was born with entrepreneur spirit, I love learning new things, create something, solve the problems but I lack of perseverance. Thus, I challenge myself to do the best I could for this company. After contemplating for more than 1 year finally we decided to repaint the whole house after fixing new aircons. We decided to repaint sail white for the whole house, make it simple, pure and minimalist. We engaged freelance painters and they were able to finish it within 8 hours and the result was satisfying.

I have been posted to a new post as sales associate and it's under Business Development Department since June 2022. It was an exciting journey, however I felt anxious and had a doubt in the middle of the journey whether I made the right decision. This was really out of my comfort zone, totally a new product and need to speed up my knowledge about the product as soon as I can. I had no connection since I have left the workforce 12 years ago but I walked by faith relying on God's providence and daily grace. Last week, I went to Jakarta for attending Indoagrotech event. It's a last minute decision when I got prompted during night strolling with my hubby. The prompt was like this I was asked to get the lead from the event and quickly I browsed the internet and saw the upcoming event which was one week away. On the day of our anniversary, our close friends celebrated via zoom because we were located in different countries. They prayed and sang for us and we had wedding kiss also haha. On Saturday, we celebrated it with our kids with breakfast with a view at Monti. It's so quiet as we booked  the whole place for ourselves, the food was really good and we took some nice pictures at the roof top too.

Happy 14th years Wedding Anniversary for us ! It's not an easy journey as it's portrayed in the instagram that we are always so lovey dovey without any conflicts and disagreements. In fact, we had a lot of conflicts these past 2 years.  From the way we do, the way we expect our spouse, the way we nurture the kids, the way we put priority in our life, the way we see each other's point of view, as a summary it's a pruning time for our love. Nonetheless, this makes our love getting stronger every day. We are able to get to know our spouse better and better. Conflict is not about who is right and wrong or win or lose, it's about saying the truth about our feeling and our point of view and have courage to accept each other's flaws and point of view. This year we celebrate our 14 years anniversary and we have our lunch dating at Skai, one of my roof top restaurant lists that I ever want to visit.  Thanks to our friend who sponsored one set lunch course for us as supposedly to be my birthday gift. The view was awesome and we got corner window seat overlooking MBS.  The food overall was 8/10 for set lunch. Appetiser : Smoked duck salad and Oysters (5/10 and 8/10) Main course : Chicken thighs and Black Angus beef (8/10 and 9/10) Dessert : Lime pie and matcha brownies (7/10) Complimentary : Chocolate cake Pairing with red wine And for my surprise, he gave me a personal gift which is unexpectedly love letter. I love it because it's so personal and authentic and it's him. He wrote 3 full pages and made me cry and laugh at the same time. Thank you Lord for the gift of love and time that everything was perfect for our date.
