Last Wednesday we had another arguments after I shared the article from Focus on Family about Emotional Affairs. He didn't feel good and thought that I judged him and we were back to square 1 again even though he has done his best to win me back. I knew and appreciated his efforts, the last 5 days during long weekend was one of the best days in my life that I felt over the moon and I didn't want to lose that moment. People say that Life begins at 40, as for me 40 is a new 20.  When I was 20 years old, I was so clueless what I gonna do after graduated from University. I have been changing different jobs and career paths. Now, it seems that God has given me a second chance to discover my passion and vocation. In the span of 20 years, I have learned many things and my hubby and the kids are my best trainers. I learned to self giving, forgiving, understanding and accepting everyone's flaws and strengths and perseverance. Now in my 40's, I don't want to waste my time anymore. I gonna be a female role model and inspirational ladies in health and wellness. It's not about physical beauty but holistic inside out. We need to take care our mind, body and soul to live life to the fullest and stay young forever. As written in my previous blog, this year's theme is GIVING. After hectic weekends, finally this weekend I am able to do self care. I decided to trim and change my hairstyle while keeping my medium length hair and re-dye my hair with dark brown. It costs me S$89 in total but I am very satisfied and feel good about myself. Below is the hair style that I want to have and boom...the hair dresser is able to style as I want.

Last Saturday was a fruitful day for both of us. In the morning, we exercised together by running 6km in the playground. After that, we attended the wedding of hubby's mentor's daughter at Church. In the afternoon while the kids napping, we sneaked out and had afternoon break at one of the cafe in Tanjong Pagar.

Today I decide to cut my hair shorter. At first, I want to delay it after my birthday over but the weather is getting hotter each day and I don't have time to style my hair. I browse the hairstyle from google and found one that I've been longing to have that style but no hairstylist understood what I want. As I still have membership card which's expired soon this month and have 30% discount during member's birthday month, I decide to go to this saloon within the complex. Since I seldom cut the hair there, I have anticipated if this neighbourhood saloon will make 101 excuses not to honour the members' benefits. When I came in, I asked the hairstylist how much does it cost to wash-cut-blow for my hair length. He said S$ 22. I agree to that price just in case he decided not to honour the membership card. When hubby's parents were around, we visited New refurbished Novena Church and Rosary Garden. The new Novena Church was like Gothic style church as if we were in Europe. On the other hand, the rosary garden was a serenity garden, when we were there it was only me and my mom in law  so we could pray rosary with the giant beads. I would say rosary prayer is very powerful. Most of the time, my prayers were answered when I prayed through Rosary Mother Mary please pray for us always

Last Thursday, I accompanied my mom in law to visit Tulip Mania at Garden By The Bay. We arrived around 10 am and only few people were there so we were very satisfied admiring and taking picture of those beautiful tulip flowers that have been blooming. We also went to Cloud forest and taking some beautiful pictures with the largest indoor waterfalls
