Valentine's Date Celebration 2018 (Feb 10, 2018)

Last Saturday we had monthly date and also celebrated Valentine's Day earlier.
Originally we planned for Dinner and Movie until the day before he told me that he had Valentine's surprise gift which he owed it to me 10 years ago...proposal ring...

So in the evening after we parked our car, we went to one of Jewellery shops to choose the proposal ring, since I didn't know about diamond and when we saw the price was crazy for small diamond ring around S$ 2,000 plus, I told him, it's okay, we looked for swarovski ring instead.
After 10 years of marriage with children, we realised that S$ 2,000 plus can use for many things.

We went to Takashimaya and saw this little shop called Diamondlite and the shop keeper told us it's diamond imitation but people can't tell unless they use the machine to do a test.
And the price was much more cheaper and I could choose the big stone with quarter of the real diamond ring.

In the end I chose that and was very happy with this ring.
He was jokingly said should I kneel down in the restaurant to propose you again hahaha....
Anyway, I said I do and still do to be his wife.

We then went to Collin's restaurant at Cathay Cineleisure to watch movie.
We had a platter of lamb chop, sausage, aglio olio pasta and salad on the side and mushroom soup.
He had attended colleague's wedding before so he was pretty filling.

After we finished our dinner, we went to catch the movie Fifty Shades Freed.

It was a nice evening spending together with him as we were still in the courtship years.

Thank you Lord for the gift of love that You planted at our hearts
Thank you for the united heart as husband and wife
Thank you for my hubby who's been faithful to our marriage vow for almost 10 years

This was a nice valentine's song

Jubilee Year - Year of Hope (2025)

Year of Hope: A Personal Reflection on 2025 The year 2025 has been declared a Jubilee Year, a  Year of Hope  by the Pope—a time for peace, joy, and prosperity. For many, entering a new year brings feelings of happiness and optimism. However, I find myself on a different path, starting the year with anxiety and uncertainty rather than joy and hope. For me, 2025 is a year of the unknown. It marks the first time in four years that I will not hold the title of a working mom. Transitioning from this identity feels daunting and unfamiliar. It is also the year I plan to embark on a new venture: starting a winter rental business. This endeavor excites me but is fraught with challenges. There are countless pieces of the puzzle yet to be solved, and I pray for wisdom and the support of "ordinary angels" to guide me through. This is also a pivotal year for our family. Two of our children will face major exams. While I know the journey matters more than the results, I hope they develop s...

A Burger Date

It feels like it's been ages to have a date night with hubby, thus before my parents going back to Indo we decided to have a couple date over burger as I have been craving with Hans I'm Gluck burger. We went there, enjoying the burger and companion of each other and talking about anything, something that we are used to have but no longer anymore after I took a new role in the company. Then, I accompanied him to shop at H&M before heading back home. It's one of the best burgers I ever had since I am in fasting the whole day for a week. The perk of fasting is I could appreciate the food and enjoy it.
