May 10 is a very special day for us. It marks the 18th anniversary of our courtship and the day we received the key to our third home. Coincidentally, it’s also close to Mother’s Day and just after Ascension Day.
We’ve named our new house the House of Transfiguration. This name was inspired by our visit to the Holy Land in 2019. The Church of Transfiguration was a place of profound significance for us, where miracles and healing occurred when our family was in need. It’s fitting that our new home is on the top floor, aligning perfectly with the name’s significance.
When we first viewed our new house, we were a bit disappointed by the air conditioning trunking, uneven wall paint, and hairline cracks.
However, we reminded ourselves that perfection is elusive, and it’s important to approach these imperfections with gratitude.
Let’s build this House of Transfiguration together!
