Davin Indah Love story

We took morning flight and reached there around noon time, it's just nice to have lunch there.  When we arrived, the hotel car picked us up from airport and it took around 1 hour to reach hotel. Once we arrived, the receptionist told us that our room got upgraded to ocean view with balcony however they asked us to wait for the housekeeping to prepare the room. We stayed at Fourpoints by Sheraton and I already informed the hotel to decorate the room and provided a complimentary of birthday cake. While waiting, we had lunch at the cafe nearby which is local thai food. We ordered Pad Thai, Green curry chicken and pineapple rice and coconut drink. Feeling full, we checked in and had afternoon nap, it was so good to be able to have nap without any distraction. In the evening, we headed towards city centre and had seafood dinner along the way at Happy Seafood restaurant. Last but not least, the ultimate birthday present is Phuket Trip. I chose Phuket as this was our first travel destination when we were in courtship. I want to re-write the story with something beautiful and lovely, another reason is we had Scoot voucher so why not using it to get discounted ticket price. He didn't know when we leave, where we stay, what we do until the day itself. It's a nice surprise I hope and we really had a great couple time there. Enjoying ourselves to the max, exploring the city, trying different local food, discovering sleezy places hahaha and sleeping and waking up late. It's really refreshing as we don't need to think about the kids, works and routine.

On Saturday, I told him that I have booked a restaurant to have dinner date as usual. He believed in me since I and our close friends created a story that they will go to JB for seafood dinner. When we arrived at Clarke Quay, he still didn't suspect anything until we reached the place and suddenly there are group of strangers singing happy birthday loudly to him. He was surprised as he didn't know them and he thought that I brought my gym mates along hahaha. Suddenly, he saw our friend who came from Jakarta and then realised that it's all part of the surprise plan. It's unexpected as he still believed that they were in JB hahaha.  I booked the place at Level Up, Arcade bar where we could play arcade, eat and drink till drop and listen to live music.

This is his last 30's birthday before turning 40, he has given many surprises for my 39th and 40th birthday and even on our 14th wedding anniversary so it's payback time for me hahaha. I want to do something different, level up his birthday while still having fun with our friends and family so I planned many unexpected things for him. I told him to take leave from 5 - 10 Aug and I will take care the rest. On his bornday, he expected something however I didn't plan anything on his born day. I deliberately gave a day off for him to choose whatever activity or place to eat and I gave my time to accompany him. He was surprised because I really didn't plan anything for him hahaha except in the evening that we invited our close friends as my mom made nasi tumpeng. In the morning, we had breakfast at Toby's estate and walked around Robertson Quay area and had dessert nearby before picking up the kids.
