40 is a new 20 and shout out happiest blessed birthday to hubby ! We celebrated it in more intimate way with our family. We booked staycation 3 days 2 nights at Westin Desaru using my points. The room was upgraded to premier sea view, received RM 200 for food and beverages and complimentary birthday cakes. In total we only paid RM 69 for the whole stay. We arrived on Friday night, the journey was smooth around 1.5  - 2 hours from our home to hotel. After checking in, we had dinner at our favourite sushi place at Desaru town, Sushi House then we had dessert at nearby shop. The next day, we spent most of the time in the hotel. Swimming, exercise at gym, playing in the beach. We had lunch buffet at the hotel and celebrating his birthday. At night, we had Saturday eve mass at nearby town which is around 1 hour from our hotel. On Sunday, we checked out and the journey was smooth, we reach home around 2pm. We had a blast during the weekend. Happy 40th birthday Hubby, may God always guide...

One week after attending SHDR, I felt empowered when reading daily reading. The words come alive like God is really speaking to me. Not only that, a lot of bible verses in my IG feed which give me encouragement, it seems like the angels speak to me to give me words of encouragement, strengths and consolation that God is always with me. After 16 months, I did eyebrow touch up again and satisfied with the result. It gives my face more definition.

Last Saturday we had intense talk, reconnecting heart to heart again at our favourite place in happy and sad days, Marina Bay Promenade. In the past few weeks, I feel no connection with him. He's been very nice and I am grateful for that however there's something blocking me thus after my serving to EGCC recollection and attending fellowship at PD KKIHS, I asked him out to have a good talk. We strolled at night and I started first telling him about my feeling and what's happening with me. It started with the gift exchange between him and his fling. It's kinda annoyed me but I tried to brush it off and keep it under the blanket. However, it's getting worse. Slowly but sure, I built up the wall in my heart. Thus I told him what I felt and it's not right for me. He listened and explained his point of view. At first. he tried to defence but after I told him how hurt I am when he was not able to give himself 100% totally to me and how long I should wait, it's bee...

It's been a while that we serve God together as a family. And by God's providence and willing we are able to serve as a family. I played keyboard, hubby served as communion ministry and the kids as altar boys. It's such an amazing experience. After that we had a fellowship with the team As for me, it's like a renewal and strengthening. God gave me a confirmation and affirmation that life may not be smooth and there will be some pressures, problems and challenges in my work but God allows that to happen to refine and purify me.  He will provide what I need, and the bible verses come alive after that. Yesterday I got this verse " Do not be afraid, God is with me and be still " Today's verse is " We are often troubled, but not crushed, sometimes in doubt but never in despair, there are many enemies, but we are never without a friend, and though badly hurt at times, we are not destroyed."
