Restore - Refresh - Renew our marriage (CSF 2021)

This year we are grateful that eventhough it's pandemic, we are able to attend online couple retreat organised by HSM Surabaya.

We attended the offline CSF retreat 3 years ago at Batu, Malang. It's a memorable retreat which we had fun, totally giving ourselves to each other without any distractions while gaining more knowledge and faith to strengthen our marriage.

After 3 years, we decided to join again to recharge and revive our love sparkles.

The program run for 3 days, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. It's not full day since we still need to take care our family and kids. Still, we are gaining something. Yes there are tears during our pillow talk since it's pruning time and it's not easy when you need to be out of comfort zone to be a better person.

However, we are enlighten by the end of sessions and as our next project and commitment, we are going to be a cathecist for our kids bring them closer to God and nurturing their faith.

Psssttt as a bonus we win photo contest hihihi....

Thanks God for the opportunity for us as a husband and wife to strengthen our marriage to be the better person for each other and for our kids.

A Burger Date

It feels like it's been ages to have a date night with hubby, thus before my parents going back to Indo we decided to have a couple date over burger as I have been craving with Hans I'm Gluck burger. We went there, enjoying the burger and companion of each other and talking about anything, something that we are used to have but no longer anymore after I took a new role in the company. Then, I accompanied him to shop at H&M before heading back home. It's one of the best burgers I ever had since I am in fasting the whole day for a week. The perk of fasting is I could appreciate the food and enjoy it.

Year of Hope: A Personal Reflection on 2025 The year 2025 has been declared a Jubilee Year, a  Year of Hope  by the Pope—a time for peace, joy, and prosperity. For many, entering a new year brings feelings of happiness and optimism. However, I find myself on a different path, starting the year with anxiety and uncertainty rather than joy and hope. There are countless pieces of the puzzle yet to be solved, and I pray for wisdom and the support of "ordinary angels" to guide me through. This is also a pivotal year for our family. Two of our children will face major exams. While I know the journey matters more than the results, I hope they develop s...
