This is the second day of the preps day before Tone program, so far so good.
Sleep well last night and wake up feeling fresh and able to exercise for 40 mins in total
5 mins, Cardio warm up
30 mins, 100 squats, 100 hip thrust, 100 lunges, 100 RDL, 100 shoulders
5 mins stretching and Cool down
I eat beehoon tahu bakso today for lunch and dinner.
