As I need to have 3 days prep, so this is my 1st day prep with the measurement
Today I exercise
3x stairs climbing
10 mins HiiT
100 sit up, 100 side abs pull, 100 shoulder exercise
I eat
Hotto cereal for breakfast
shirataki rice, shredded chicken, baked tempeh, shredded egg, stir fry long beans for lunch and dinner
