Our final stop before heading back to Singapore was Ho Chi Minh City, and this leg of the trip was mainly for business—we were on the hunt for a supplier for our winter jacket line.
To be honest, Ho Chi Minh felt very similar to Jakarta—busy, crowded, and full of energy. Thankfully, thanks to my amazing hubby, we stayed in comfort at Pullman Saigon Centre, where we even got an upgrade and a sweet birthday surprise from the hotel’s hospitality team. It made the experience extra special.
In between meetings and supplier visits, we managed to explore some of the city’s landmarks like the Pink Church (Tan Dinh Church), the quirky and creative Café Apartment, Ben Thanh Market, and the vibrant Bui Vien Street, which really comes alive at night with partygoers and street performers.
Most of our time, though, was spent at the Russian Market, where we focused on sourcing potential winter jacket inventory. It was a productive trip and a meaningful step forward for our upcoming venture.
