Funtastic Cruise Holiday - Day 1 (18 November 2021)

Finally the day we have been waiting for has arrived. Our first holiday "out of hustle bustle" Singapore after more than 18 months stuck in this little red dot. We fight before the cruise as there's misunderstanding between us. Seeing him planning everything, I was so overwhelmed and afraid to hurt him if his plan didn't go well accordingly. We fight in the car, he raised voice at me for the first time, I was so shocked. I almost backed out but I chose to fight for it. For the first time I was breathless after fighting. I cried in front of the kids and when the kids asked, I told them that we fought.  We left our home around 11.20 am and arrived at MBCC at 11.50am.  During our waiting time, finally we reconciled. Our check in appointment time was 1pm so we needed to wait around 20 minutes for our turn for ART test. Around 12.30pm, we were allowed to go for ART test and waited for our results. The process for queueing and waiting was around 45 - 60 minutes since we had...

Run to you - Bachata Beginner

This is our 4th practice and we combine the style from youtube and from our course. Not bad for beginner, but we still lack of connection and styling.

Life is sweeter than Chocolate

This is impromptu date as we just want to have a quick dinner, and he suggested to try a new cafe Awfully Chocolate Cake and Bakery. They have a set dinner menu at S$25 for starter and main course and surprisingly their dishes are very delicious. I chose Poached pear salad and red snapper and he had stewed beef and Angus beef brisket. We end the night with hot chocolate and dark chocolate martini. I love the dark chocolate martini as it has an alcohol kick which is very strong.

Havana Bachata

This is our 3rd practice of Bachata with our favourite song - Havana. More variation and less basic steps, need more styling. We have made a good progress.

Bring us back to Israel !

We take a leave today and decide to have a hearty lunch at Miznon Restaurant, Israel owned cafe for their famous pita bread. Coincident with their 1st anniversary, we need to queue and wait for around 20 minutes to get our seat. We ordered falafel burger (Plant based protein) and Intimate beef brisket (meat based protein) for hubby.  And a bag of green beans (healthy version of french fries). They have a free flow of pita bread and a complimentary of fresh fruits for our dessert as their token of gratitude for their 1st anniversary. The pita bread and falafel are freshly made and soft. I love every bites of it and it sparks the joy after meals.

Fitting a date at Taylor Adam

Welcome November with some love ! We had another date on Deepavali holiday at Taylor Adam. A newly opened bar in town disguised as tailor shop. The place is cosy, the staff is warm and friendly. Suitable for those who are able to appreciate alcohol and spirit. Every signature cocktail is curated with story and we chose Time traveller's wife and New York New York with some bites like truffle fries and cheese platter. The price is middle up range. We had a great time there as not so many people know about this bar yet and took a lot of nice pictures.
