Live in the presence

Few days ago, I was suddenly inspired by this wisdom words "Live in the moment"
As human especially in this new age, we tend to rush and worry about tomorrow and the future.
We seldom live in the presence.

What does mean "live in the presence" ?

It means we enjoy every moment of our situation right now. It may be undesirable situation or even it may be a comfortable situation.

When I reflected back about my life, when I was working a decade ago, I always thought to be a housewife and stay at home mom would be a perfect job. But when this "dream job" has come true, I was thinking how to earn more and more money either for my self fulfilment or this family.
In the end, I was not be able to live fully either becoming a working adult or staying at home mom.

But when this "live in the presence" suddenly struck me, it reminds me to enjoy "now" moments.
As God has called me to be a stay at home mom, I should make best for this call.
If this is God's calls, I should not be worry about family finances, He will provide our needs.

In the future, I don't know when, if God calls me to return back to workforce, He will lead me there and provide my needs to take care the children.
One thing for sure is in whatever situation, if we are tuning and always listen to God's cue, we will be able to grow either become working or staying at home mom.

Similarly with my hubby. His call is now serving this company, where he needs to do his best to become the blessings for the people surrounding him.
However, few days ago, he has this cue, to start something on his own. He may not know yet what and how, but I believe if it's God's cue for him, God will lead and guide him one step at time.

The important thing is be patient, walk slowly and not rushing God's time, and slowly His beautiful plan will be unfolded.
The secret to have a fulfilled life is "CHERISH THE MOMENT, LIVE IN THE PRESENCE"

A Burger Date

It feels like it's been ages to have a date night with hubby, thus before my parents going back to Indo we decided to have a couple date over burger as I have been craving with Hans I'm Gluck burger. We went there, enjoying the burger and companion of each other and talking about anything, something that we are used to have but no longer anymore after I took a new role in the company. Then, I accompanied him to shop at H&M before heading back home. It's one of the best burgers I ever had since I am in fasting the whole day for a week. The perk of fasting is I could appreciate the food and enjoy it.

Jubilee Year - Year of Hope (2025)

Year of Hope: A Personal Reflection on 2025 The year 2025 has been declared a Jubilee Year, a  Year of Hope  by the Pope—a time for peace, joy, and prosperity. For many, entering a new year brings feelings of happiness and optimism. However, I find myself on a different path, starting the year with anxiety and uncertainty rather than joy and hope. For me, 2025 is a year of the unknown. It marks the first time in four years that I will not hold the title of a working mom. Transitioning from this identity feels daunting and unfamiliar. It is also the year I plan to embark on a new venture: starting a winter rental business. This endeavor excites me but is fraught with challenges. There are countless pieces of the puzzle yet to be solved, and I pray for wisdom and the support of "ordinary angels" to guide me through. This is also a pivotal year for our family. Two of our children will face major exams. While I know the journey matters more than the results, I hope they develop s...
