Beautiful In White (Holy Land Trips 3 March 2019)

After descending from Mt Hermon, we stopped by for a while at Mount of Beatitudes, as on Sunday the church closed early, we had short pray and worship in the garden facing the green field.
It brought back us to Jesus time where He preached His followers in the open field.
There, when I was observing and enjoying the scenery, I was reminded about the Parable of Sower (Mat 13 : 1 - 23) and the field was exactly similar view with that parable.

At 3pm, we had Sunday Mass as well as Marriage Renewal Vow at Cana where Jesus performed the first miracle to change the water into wine.
It's our dream to have marriage renewal vow at Cana and finally it came true.
And Fr. Erick, our celebrant reminded us that love is like a mustard seed, it needs to be nurtured so that it can grow well and it can be the shelter of anyone who come to us.

In addition to renewal vow, Father also blessed our wedding rings so that we remembered how our love should be, eternity and never end like the ring itself.

Jubilee Year - Year of Hope (2025)

Year of Hope: A Personal Reflection on 2025 The year 2025 has been declared a Jubilee Year, a  Year of Hope  by the Pope—a time for peace, joy, and prosperity. For many, entering a new year brings feelings of happiness and optimism. However, I find myself on a different path, starting the year with anxiety and uncertainty rather than joy and hope. It is also the year I plan to embark on a new venture: starting a winter rental business. This endeavor excites me but is fraught with challenges. There are countless pieces of the puzzle yet to be solved, and I pray for wisdom and the support of "ordinary angels" to guide me through. This is also a pivotal year for our family. Two of our children will face major exams. While I know the journey matters more than the results, I hope they develop s...

A Burger Date

It feels like it's been ages to have a date night with hubby, thus before my parents going back to Indo we decided to have a couple date over burger as I have been craving with Hans I'm Gluck burger. We went there, enjoying the burger and companion of each other and talking about anything, something that we are used to have but no longer anymore after I took a new role in the company. Then, I accompanied him to shop at H&M before heading back home. It's one of the best burgers I ever had since I am in fasting the whole day for a week. The perk of fasting is I could appreciate the food and enjoy it.
