CoronaVirus - Endurance Run

On Sunday, we did endurance training by running 10km around the neighbourhood.
I felt almost give up on the second km, I pushed myself and finally I managed to complete my goal which is 10km.

Reflection in year 2024

As the clock ticks toward a new year, I find myself reflecting on the journey of year 2024. It has been a bittersweet season, filled with challenges and growth. Here are some key takeaways : 1.
