Career change - What I want in my newjob

As the quote says, I am gonna write my dream job

My Dream Job Criteria:

  1. Flexible Working Environment: Ideally, I prefer a fully remote setup, but a hybrid model with two days in the office and three days working from home is also acceptable.

  2. Travel Opportunities: I’d like to have 10-20% of my role involve travel within the Asia-Pacific region.

  3. Inspirational Leadership: A good leader who is willing to mentor and nurture their team is essential.

  4. Skill Development: I want to learn new skills in AI and cybersecurity.

  5. Social Impact: Creating significant social impact through products and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, particularly in education, is important to me.

  6. Collaborative Teamwork: I seek a solid team that shares a common vision and mission to make positive contributions to society.

  7. Salary Expectations: My minimum monthly salary requirement is SGD 7,500, excluding travel allowances and annual bonuses.

  8. Career Growth: I am looking for opportunities that offer a clear path for learning and career advancement.

A Burger Date

It feels like it's been ages to have a date night with hubby, thus before my parents going back to Indo we decided to have a couple date over burger as I have been craving with Hans I'm Gluck burger. We went there, enjoying the burger and companion of each other and talking about anything, something that we are used to have but no longer anymore after I took a new role in the company. Then, I accompanied him to shop at H&M before heading back home. It's one of the best burgers I ever had since I am in fasting the whole day for a week. The perk of fasting is I could appreciate the food and enjoy it.
