After 3 weeks of cutting fats, there's a small achievement that I can pat back myself.
Weight : 51.4kg
Body fat : 28.8%
Waist : 72cm
Visceral fat : 4
They are still in high side but the waist is down by 2cm which is showing the result.
I am going to do another 2 weeks to cut the fats and perhaps more carbs and see if it works for my body.
I keep exercise the same with 3x cardio and 2x weight training in a week.
