My Tone program officially started on Thursday, 1 Feb 2024 with 3 days Fiber Day. Fiber day means I only eat 1 boiled egg and half apple/guava for breakfast, 1 palm size of protein and 1 fist of vegetables and half apple/guava for lunch and dinner. I survived the fiber day and accompanied with 30 mins exercise. Fiber Day 1 Fiber Day 2 (no exercise) Fiber Day 3

This is the last preps day before TONE program starts tomorrow. I managed to exercise for 30 mins 5 mins stairs climbing 30 mins - 100 abs, 100 Russian twist, 100 shoulders and 100 back  My legs are all sore, it means that it works This is what I eat for lunch and dinner

This is the second day of the preps day before Tone program, so far so good. Sleep well last night and wake up feeling fresh and able to exercise for 40 mins in total 5 mins, Cardio warm up 30 mins, 100 squats, 100 hip thrust, 100 lunges, 100 RDL, 100 shoulders 5 mins stretching and Cool down I eat beehoon tahu bakso today for lunch and dinner.  

As I need to have 3 days prep, so this is my 1st day prep with the measurement  Today I exercise  3x stairs climbing 10 mins HiiT 100 sit up, 100 side abs pull, 100 shoulder exercise I eat Hotto cereal for breakfast shirataki rice, shredded chicken, baked tempeh, shredded egg, stir fry long beans for lunch and dinner

This is one of my New Year resolutions to get back my body again. I decided to take body reset program which is TONE for 4 weeks. When I did measurement, my body fat increased to 28% while losing lots of muscles. My target is  Body fat 24% Visceral fat 2 Body age 37 Weight : 49kg I decide to start tomorrow 29 Jan and end 29 Feb, thus today I have dinner steak and fries to celebrate the body reset. Cheers for the healthy body and mind ! This will be my birthday present for myself

After a week full of heavy heart, this is the moment of truth I said to my hubby. I am gonna tell my boss that I have been offered from another company and how current company gonna react, will they really value me and accommodate my request ? or will they dismiss me because I don't follow company's policy ? Whatever the result is good for me, I remember Romans 8:28 After prayer, I had a courage to tell my boss about it and I didn't expect the answer from him. He told me, he appreciated that I have been transparent and told him about my situation and he has been discussing with his cofounder/CEO that they will gonna give me flexibility in working and Finclusion will be my mission. It happened on the Feast of Conversion of St Paul when St Paul opened his eyes and saw the truth. Better late than sorry 😁😁 We arrived to Singapore on 29 December 2023 and needed to settle many things thus I didn't have time to sit down and wrote New Year Resolutions. So here's my New Year Resolutions for this year 1. New job This is the most burdensome in my life, I have been feeling awful with this current job. I just felt that the rules, SOP, policy are killing me softly. Thus, I have been praying since last year what I want in my career journey, the job / work that gives me Flexibility to manage my own time, whether hybrid or fully remote Job that I can contribute, help and create a social impact to people, planet and profit mean that I can help company to make money to bless others while helping clients to solve their problems Salary minimal the same like now or even more because I want to maintain the current lifestyle and to be able to bring my parents to go Europe pilgrimage and send my kids to overseas University. I don't know yet when my wishes come true but...

Here we go again, my first business trip to Jakarta as my company had public launch for Finclusion program for W-SMEs. It's a successful launch and I am happy to be part of the launch to speak among the audiences haha, eventhough my heart was no longer there fully. Anyway, I will do my best as long as I am still with this company so I don't have nothing to regret. It's a great trip as I had opportunity to touch base and reconnect with my high school mates, ex Nikel and new friends. I don't know how long I am with this company but I believe that God has heard my prayer and heart's desire and He has answered it and in the process of giving it to me. Thus while waiting, I will do the best to help whoever need my help.
